This Privacy Policy describes how Birdie Barn LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the mobile game Just Putt (the “App”). We have designed Just Putt to collect as little information as possible.
We do not ask you for, or collect, any personal information ourselves. The App has no account system, no login, and no sign-up. We do not request your name, email address, contacts, photos, or location.
Your game progress — such as high scores, streaks, settings, and whether you have purchased “Remove Ads” — is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to us.
The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob, a service provided by Google LLC. To serve and measure ads, Google’s advertising technology may collect and use certain information, which can include a device advertising identifier (IDFA), device and usage data, and approximate, non-precise information used for ad delivery and fraud prevention.
On Apple devices, the App uses Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework: before any
tracking that requires it, you are shown a system prompt asking for permission. If you decline, you will still
see ads, but they will be less personalized. You can change this choice at any time in
Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
Google’s handling of this data is governed by Google’s own privacy policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy. For information about how Google uses data from apps that use its services, see https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
The App offers an optional one-time in-app purchase (“Remove Ads”). Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Apple’s handling of purchase information is governed by Apple’s privacy policy.
Just Putt is suitable for general audiences and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will address it.

Apple Advertising.We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
